- Take stock of milestone achievements of the project to date and map the way forward on how best to implement the project in future. 

- Strengthening partnership and sharing strategies among the project’s PI’s

- Experience sharing on the KAFACI 'Integrated Management of Fall Armyworm (Spodoptera frugiperda) for sustainable food security in Africa' project.

- Information sharing about activities and results obtained throughout the two first years of the project.

- Peer review and evaluations by the Korean principal investigator and the KAFACI Secretariat.
